Sophie has worked with multiple brands, creating content for the likes of Australian Beef, Australian Lamb, Marks and Spencer, McDonald’s, Debenhams, Next, Simply Be, Waitrose, Boots, eBay, Nars, Alfresco Cheese, and many more. As well as working in the hospitality space and creating content for Jane, Arthur & FIOR.

Food Styling

When Sophie is not in front of the camera she’s in the kitchen, conjuring up recipes as well as on set food styling and assisting. She’s styled shoots for Australian Lamb and assisted on shoots for Subway, McDonald’s, Uber Eats, Hungry Jack’s, Channel 4, Deliveroo, Facebook and many more.

Sophie is passionate about helping women and is an advocate for self worth and body image. She writes Unsolicited Advice, a substack for the problems a modern woman may face in her early thirties.
