Sophie Edwards is a Content Creator, Food Stylist/Home Economist and Recipe Developer based in Sydney, Australia
Sophie, has over three years experience in food styling, delving into the food industry after years of working in Marketing, where a love of content began. She runs a food blog called Oh My Nosh, writing recipes designed to compliment the menstrual cycle, a passion project very close to her heart after completing a course in nutrition and women’s health to better knowledge.
When not on shoots, she shows up authentically on her social media channels, showcasing size 16/18 fashion, as well as talking about food, body acceptance, PCOS, mental health and exercise. She’s an advocate for loving the skin that you’re in and encouraging her followers to do the same. Recently making the move from the UK to Sydney, Australia and talking openly about the process.
