Sophie has worked with multiple brands, creating content for the likes of Marks and Spencer, McDonald’s, Debenhams, Next, Simply Be, Waitrose, Boots, eBay, Nars, Alfresco Cheese, and many more.

When Sophie is not in front of the camera she’s in the kitchen, conjuring up recipes for Oh My Nosh as well as on set food styling and assisting. She’s assisted on shoots for Subway, Tesco, Uber Eats, Sainsbury’s, Pinch of Nom, Channel 4, Facebook and many more.
Sophie is also the founder of Oh My Nosh, a food blog specialising in recipes tailored to the menstrual cycle, inspired after a course in female health.
